The Mississauga Latin Festival will take place at Celebration Square, the city’s leading venue for free outdoor events that connect residents and community groups through arts, culture, and heritage.
Celebration Square, located in downtown Mississauga across from Square One Shopping Centre, features a main stage with advanced sound and lighting, two digital screens, a lawn, an interactive water feature that becomes an ice rink in winter, an amphitheatre, and a licensed cafe.
Celebration Square attracts over 750,000 visitors each year and hosts hundreds of free annual festivals and events.
Visitors can relax with a book, enjoy the fountain in summer or skate in winter, access free Wi-Fi, dine at the cafe, or participate in activities such as festivals, concerts, movies, and fitness classes.
Opened in 2011, Celebration Square is a modern, multi-purpose outdoor venue with a covered main stage, amphitheatre, market area, greenspace, turf lawn, reflecting pool and fountain that becomes an ice rink in winter, glass pavilion, and terrace.
Celebration Square has received the City’s urban design awards for its positive impact on downtown public spaces. Its diverse events have helped transform the area into a vibrant and unique cultural destination.
The Square has also received the Rick Hansen Award for its accessibility features, its commitment to improving the quality of life for people with disabilities, and its role as a model of best practices.

Celebration Square is at Burnhamthorpe Road West and Duke of York Boulevard in downtown Mississauga. It is a short walk from the City Centre Transit Terminal and accessible by various local and regional transit routes.
